dry skin is such a pain

Everyday it goes like this, I put my makeup on feelin' good, no issues. An hour later I look in the mirror and I have dry patches all over my face.

I h8 lyfe

Google's answer? Exfoliate, moisturize, repeat

Well guess what? My skin is so dang sensitive, it can't deal with exfoliators rough enough or moisturizers heavy enough to actually work.
I break out in rashes, and then I have to use hydro cortisone cream which in turn causes my  face to turn into a bright red cherry blow-pop when I work out at the gym.

I can't deal.............
